Sample Letter for a Team Coach to 121Connectors

(Please use this draft letter to encourage your Team Connectors do their job)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear (Name of 121Connector)

I hope this letter finds you doing well. I understand how easy how some things are forgotten or easily over looked.  This is the purpose of my email to you today.

I have noticed it has been sometime since you've logged in to your account at  www.team10million.com .  For whatever reasons you have not been participating lately, so, I would like to encourage you to log in weekly to check your team queue for Inquirers.  These new followers of Christ look up to you as their source for answers.   Over 120,750 Inquirers have had a reply from a 121Connector.  The ministry outreach is growing.  Your help is very much needed today!

I understand some have had problems navigating the system.  If that is the case for you, I want you to know I am here to help you.   Also, if you want to find help, there is a tutorial Website for this purpose.  Go to: http://121tool.com

Don Scheske the Managing Director of 121 Connections as been working very diligently in making these training materials easier to understand.   I am willing to take whatever time necessary to assist you in learning it. The only way I will know if you having problems are if I am told.

Some have said there are no inquiry's to answer when they log in, if this is the case I like to show you one of the most important factors of the training process.   "Follow-Up" to those Inquirers you have been instrumental in replying to in the past.   Go to "My Messages" and send a personal note to those who show the most promise for replying.  So there is plenty of work to be done with or without new inquiries.

I hope to hear from you very soon so that I can assist you in whatever your needs are for this program. We value all of you.  Your suggestions and feedback are appreciated.  Having good communications is vital to the overall success of this ministry. Hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely, In Christ love,
