A New Tab Added to 121 Connector Training
I am very pleased to share with you a feature that many of our 121 Connectors have been asking for. On the left side of this Main Menu Page, there is a Connector Training Tab, and listed under it are five labels that deal with very specific areas of training information for our 121 Connectors.
The newest and very important of the labels in the list is the 3rd one, "121 Connector Protocal Guide." This guide will help you to understand the mission and vision of this ministry and what our expectations are for you as a 121 Connector. There is a list of Article Titles, that zero in on what you may be looking for. Please be sure to look at each article so you can be better equipped to reply to the many Inquirers that appear in the Team Queues each day.
God bless,

Internet Definitions We Use @ 121 Connections
(For more information about Internet terms and definitions go to: http://www.webopedia.com/
As all of you know, we regularly use terms that identify the responses to our web sites. For my own benefit I reviewed the definitions below. I thought I would share these definitions with you. You may think of other terms that we need to define carefully. The largest figure that we report is our unique visitors. Let's discuss how "conversion rate" relates to the other two figures we report. George
Hit
(1) Also called a page hit. The retrieval of any item, like a page or a graphic, from a Web server. For example, when a visitor calls up a Web page with four graphics, that's five hits, one for the page and four for the graphics. For this reason, hits often aren't a good indication of Web traffic. Compare with page view. (2) Any time a piece of data matches criteria you set. For example, each of the matches from a Yahoo or any other search engine search is called a hit. Unique Visitors
Unique visitors are actual users of your website or viewing your web pages. They are usually counted by IP address and user agent string. Unique visitor counts are normally much lower that "hits" to your web site. This is because one visitor may view 10 or more pages which would count as hits, but would still be one user.
Page View
Each time a user visits a Web page, it is called a page view. Page views, also written "pageviews," are tracked by website monitoring applications to record a website's traffic. The more page views a website has, the more traffic it is receiving. However, since a page view is recorded each time a Web page is loaded, a single user can rack up many page views on one website. Therefore, unique page views are commonly tracked to log the number of different visitors a website receives in a given time period.
Page views are commonly confused with website hits. While people often use the term "hit" to describe a page view, technically a hit is recorded for each object that loads during a page view. For example, if a Web page contains HTML, two images, and a JavaScript reference, a single page view will record four hits. If a page contains over two hundred images, one page view will record over two hundred hits.
Page views are more similar to impressions, which are commonly tracked by online advertisers. Page views and impressions may be identical if one advertisement is placed on each page. However, if multiple ads are positioned on each page, the number of ad impressions will be greater than the number of page views.
Conversion Rate
Definition: The percentage of visitors who take a desired action. Information: The desired action can take many forms, varying from site to site. Examples include sales of products, membership registrations, newsletter subscriptions, software downloads, or just about any activity beyond simple page browsing. A high conversion rate depends on several factors, all of which must be satisfactory to yield the desired results -- the interest level of the visitor, the attractiveness of the offer, and the ease of the process. The interest level of the visitor is maximized by matching the right visitor, the right place, and the right time. The attractiveness of the offer includes the value proposition and how well it is presented. It is worth noting that small, impulse items typically have a higher conversion rate than large, shopping items. The visitor's ease of completing the desired action is dependent on site usability which includes intuitive navigation and fast loading pages.

Temporary Inquirer Decline
First of all I would like to congratulate you for the fine work you are doing by replying to Inquirers that appear in your team queue. So many of our volunteer connectors have been faithful in checking in every day to see who might be in their queue and from where! It's always a thrill for me to see Inquirers from the ends of the earth seeking to know more about God or desire to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
During the past two weeks we've seen a decline in the number of Inquirers coming into our team queues. This will continue for at least another 10 days or so. Our President saw the need to adjust our investment in Google Ad Words temporarily. Project 10Million's goal is to reach 2 million people by Oct 15th, 2010. As we soon start to increase the budget again your services will be need more than ever.
As a result this adjustment, there are fewer Inquirers showing up in your team queues. Please do not be concerned, our e-responder system is not broken. Keep checking your queue, as Inquirers are coming into the system, but, at a lower rate. Please pray with us for the Lord to provide the funding so we not miss one opportunity to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
If you have any questions or encounter any problems, do not hesitate to contact me.
God bless you,
Don Scheske, 121 Connections Manager

Past The 1,000,000th Person To View The Gospel!
6:01 AM, February 16, 2010........................The 1,000,000th person viewed the Gospel through a presentation made available by Project 10Million. Imagine one million people walking through the front door of your church in sixteen months. Praise God for the ability to spread his word in unusual ways.
Only eternity will reveal the final results of those unique visitors who spent time on a Network211 evangelism web site. What we do know is that 339 people from the United Arab Emirate have received salvation; 258 in Pakistan; 102 in China; 101 in Saudi Arabia; and 66 in Qatar.
These are not just statistics but actual people with whom our staff members interact and develop relationships. Here is an example of the interaction between one of our staff and a new believer in India:
"I am so happy to hear of your continued growth in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You have grown from the computer ministry to now having fellowship with our other brothers and sisters in the Lord. Although you are now in church with Bro Samuel in Mumbai, I want you to stay in contact with me as you grown in the Lord. Bro Samuel will assist in this journey you started some time back with me. Please stay in touch with me and continue to seek God's will in your life as we have discussed when you came to Project 10 Million some months back. The door has been opened to you Romel. Do not forget the things we have discussed through Project 10 Million. These fundamental teachings of God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit will continue to guide you through this journey that we all are on. You can still continue to contact me so I know how you are doing. I hope to hear great things that God is doing in India the next time we speak."
Please visit www.project10million.com. Note the newly available additions in the left-hand menu. These new additions include the following options:
1. Link your site-Find everything you need to know about placing a button linking to Project 10Million evangelism on your web site. Every church that places our evangelism button on their web site provides Project 10Million a better position with Google Ad words.
2. Promotions-There are videos and logos are available for you to help us promote Project 10Million.
3. Donate to Network211 on line. Empower us to reach people on the Internet for Christ.
In His service, Carley M. Touchstone, Director of Development, Network211

During these days of political and social unrest in the world, many people are searching the Internet for answers. Network211 and Project 10Million are responding by doubling our advertising budget during this season. This means that we will have a multiplication of inquirers coming into the 121 Connections system as we normally have seen in the past.
We need every 121 Connector to log in daily if possible to check your team queue. Be sure to check your "My Messages" label (bottom left) for those who may have written back to you too. Thanks for your continued faithfulness. We appreciate you so much!

We Are Making A Kingdom Difference!
Let me begin by saying a HUGE "Thank You!" to you for being a Project 10Million 1-2-1 Connector. You make a difference each time you log into your account and correspond with someone coming to Christ. Together, we have reached more than 40,000 people in the past 7 months. Of those, we have corresponded with more than 10,000 inquirers. No matter how you look at it, that's making a Kingdom difference.
Since the very beginning, we've looked for ways of enhancing your user experience with Project 10Million. This website is just one in a series of improvements we have planned for 1-2-1 this year. From this site you can learn all about the Project 10Million messaging system.
What's Available
By using this website, you can access both text and video versions of the tutorials. We have also created a great new search-able Knowledge Base (Formerly the FAQ Section of the messaging system). We will also be posting Connector Tips to help you learn from the experiences of other volunteers. We will also be creating an area where you can post testimonies from your inquirers or your own experiences using 1-2-1.
We are confident that you will enjoy this new website and welcome your suggestions for improving it. You can leave comments here on the Director's Blog or call me at the office at 417-866-6767 Extension 51.
Together We Can!
Together, we can make the goal of reaching 10Million people in 10 years a reality.
