What are User, Team and Group Queues?

There as been a lot of confusion out there among 121 Connectors regarding who they should reply to.  Here is an illustration:

1.  If you see an Inquirer assigned to you in the left side column User Queues, that Inquirer has been manually re-assigned to you.  If you see a single or list of Inquirers in this column, please answer this list of Inquirers first.

2.  If you see a list of Inquirers assigned to your team in the center column Team Queues, that means that all your Team Members can see these Inquirers.  You can answer these Inquirers, however, leave some for other team members to answer.   Answer the oldest ones first, by checking the day, hour and minutes the Inquirer has been in the queue.

3.  If you see a list of Inquirers assigned on the right column Group Queues, that means that your Team Members has access to the various groups of Inquirers that are displayed in this list.  You can answer any of these Inquirers.   If you are a Head Coach or Team Coach please answer the oldest first, male to male, female to female if at all possible.  This rule is not mandatory, only if the question has to do with male or female issues.  (Only coaches have access to both male and female)

I trust this helps you understand what you see when you log in to 121 Connections.

A Simple Explanation of the Flow of Inquirers in our 121 System.

You can reply to anyone in the various queues when you click on My Queues, with a few exceptions.  (Read below)

  1. Your New Inquiries: are Inquirers assigned exclusively to you.

  2. New Team Inquiries on the Team Queues: Are Inquirers that all your team members can see.   The name of the team is shown in the header & the information.

  3. New Inquiries on the Group Queues: Are Inquirers who are filtered to the special geographical area from where the inquiry came from and to a group that your team has been assigned to.

Inquirers may not be assigned to you exclusively, or to your team, and your team may be assigned to a certain group.  If you see one in the Group Queue that is more than 48 hrs old (2 days) reply to it.   Various teams are assigned to different group queues.

However, the Prayer Request group, and N211 Evangelism Sites group are open to all Connectors that can see this Group Queue list, if they are older than 48 hrs (2 days).  Always check to see if a reply was started to the Inquirer.  Please only answer 2 or 3 at any one sitting, thanks.

Examples:

  1. The India - Evangelism group is assigned to the India 1 team.

  2. The Indonesian group is assigned exclusively to the Indonesian 1 team, because the language is Indonesian.

  3. The Inquirers from the Prodicals Only are exclusively queued to the Prodicals Only Team and so on.

Each team has been assigned a number of groups.  I try to keep things balanced so that all 121 Connector teams get some inquirers to answer each day.

Remember:   People who are queued into the system are call Inquirers.   People who reply to Inquirer are call Connectors, not responders.  Thanks for helping me keep the terminology straight.  I hope this helps you with the flow of how Inquirers are distributed.
